TRAINING WITH BIRTH IN MIND


There is no better time to embrace exercise than pregnancy! 
 Discover the profound connection within your own body through safe, purposeful strength and conditioning routines tailored for expectant mothers. Our program not only prepares you for the birth experience you envision but also establishes a resilient groundwork for your postpartum recovery.

Included in this program are the following features:


1. Training with birth in mind:
You will be provided with 3 training days per week, starting at 8 weeks and continuing up until week 42. 

These strength + conditioning workouts are intentionally structured for each trimester of your pregnancy. Helping to prepare your body and mind for labor, birth and laying a solid foundation for your postpartum recovery. 

*This programs can be done at home with minimal equipment (Dumbbells, 1 long loop band, 1 small loop band.)

2. Core and Pelvic Floor exercises: Specific exercises and breath work will be incorporated in your workouts to strengthen (or relax) your core and pelvic floor muscles, promoting stability and preparing your body for the demands of pregnancy, labor and childbirth.

3. Gentle movement flows + Meditation: You'll have dedicated sessions for breath work, movement flows and meditation, helping you tap into your inner power and cultivate a sense of calm and emphasize the development of both your mental and physical resilience, empowering you to navigate the birth experience with confidence and strength.

With these components, the training program aims to support your physical and mental well-being throughout your pregnancy journey, helping you feel prepared, empowered, and connected as you navigate this transformative time.
