Through targeted breath work and exercises, we support your postpartum recovery, facilitating a smooth transition back to your favorite activities and sports. Included in this program are the following features:
1.Three Training Days Per Week: Starting at 6 weeks postpartum (once you've been cleared to work out), you'll receive structured strength and conditioning workouts tailored for postpartum rehabilitation. The first 6 weeks of the program, your workouts will focus on connecting with your body and building general strength and conditioning, incorporating tempo, unilateral exercises, and breath work. Then, from there, you will transition into a 15-week progressive overload (with 5 different training cycles), focusing on building overall strength and muscle.
Six Month Training Breakdown:
2. Core (DRA) and Pelvic Floor Exercises: Specific exercises and breath work are integrated into your workouts to strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles, promoting stability and aiding in your core and pelvic floor rehab.
3. Gentle Movement Flows: Dedicated sessions for breath work, movement flows, and meditation help you tap into your inner power and cultivate a sense of calm. These practices emphasize the development of both mental and physical resilience, empowering you to navigate the postpartum experience with confidence and strength.
